Anastasiya Ushakova is an actress, educator, and a prominent representative of a theatrical dynasty whose creative path is inextricably linked with the Contemporary Art Theater (SHT) and the development of theater education. Her professional career began unusually early: at the age of 17, Anastasiya stepped onto the main stage of SHT in Minsk, where her deep and thoughtful acting style began to take shape under the guidance of Vladimir Ushakov.
Anastasiya received her fundamental professional education at the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts (BSUCA) in the class of the renowned teacher Vyacheslav Sashcheko. Her work in the theater workshop "Studiozy" became an important stage of creative exploration and mastering of scenic forms.
During her years at SHT, Anastasiya embodied many diverse characters, from lyrical heroines to sharp character roles. Her iconic works in Minsk include the role of Elsa in the philosophical fairy tale "The Dragon" by Eugene Schwartz, Virginia in the comedy "I Pay for Pleasure," and participation in the popular comedy dilogy "Everything is Upside Down" (orig. "Dom vverh dnom").
Today, Anastasiya Ushakova is not only a sought-after actress but also an inspiring mentor. She is actively involved in teaching at several theater schools in Vilnius, including Baltas Teatras, where she shares her skills with children and adults. Her teaching method combines the classical acting school with modern techniques of creative liberation, helping students unlock their inner potential through the art of the stage.
In Lithuania, Anastasiya continues to perform actively, taking part in several significant independent theater projects. She is cast in the mystical fairy tale for adults "The Devil's Daughter," where folklore motifs are intertwined with modern drama, and in the interactive children's play "Yana's Adventures in the Fairytale Forest." In the new Vilnius production of the comedy "Everything is Upside Down," created under the auspices of Baltas Teatras, Anastasiya demonstrates her brilliant comedic gift in the role of Scheherazade Stepanovna.
